Default Settings for Software

When installing the software for the first time, apply these default settings.

 
1: Enable GDPR

  • Access to software: Not restricted
  • Storing personal date: 90 days
  • Exporting outside of software: Allowed
  • Secure Cloud Storage: Optional usage

2: General 

  • Default ID Photo Type: NZ New Zealand Passport 35x45

 

3: Printers

  • Ensure printer driver is installed
  • Select/tick printer 
  • In right hand column, select 4x6" template > OK
  • Untick "Export" if selected

4: Email

  • Turn on sending images to email
  • Enter SMTP server host name based on their email host.
    Gmail: smtp.gmail.com
    Outlook: smtp-mail.outlook.com
    Office365: smtp.office365.com 
    Live/Hotmail: smtp.live.com
