- Ask the customer to click the menu icon and then DEACTIVATE
- Click Deactivate Now
- Take a photo of the Deactivation Code or write it down clearly
IMPORTANT: Once the window is closed, the code will not be able to be accessed again
On the NEW computer, ask the customer to visit: www.IDPassportExpress.Com
- Click Remote Support in the Menu
- Connect to Support
3. This will install TeamViewer "Lite", ask customer to follow the installation prompts
4. The customer will show in TeamViewer under Computer and Contacts:
Once logged into the new computer:
- Install ID Passport Express Demo version
- Enter Subscription License Code (KS) PE XXXX XXXX
- This can be found under the Customer Notes section or Master Spreadsheet
4. Click Activate Demo
5. Activate with Renewal Code
6. Enter License Code and Continue
7. Click "Activate Online"
8. This will open a browser window and prompt you for the Deactivation Code
9. Enter the code and continue until Activation Code is presented
10. Copy and Paste Activation Code back into Software and restart.
11. Complete software setup for new installation
