Email Authentication Unsuccessful (Gmail Users)

  1. Open Gmail

  2. Go to Manage My Google Account


  3. Select Security (Left menu)


  4. Turn on 2-step verification (will need a mobile number of store owner. Remind them that this is only used when logging into a new device for the first time)
    Follow the prompts



  5. In the Account Search Bar type and select "App Passwords"


  6. Create new App Password for "Passport Software"

  7. Click Generate

  8. Copy unique password 


  9. Paste into Password field in ID Passport Express
